  1. In a large bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale.
  2. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
  5. Combine coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
  6. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
  7. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  8. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone mixture.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
